Attention Fitness Walkers!
The gym is open to walkers Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm during the winter months. If you want to walk to get in shape here’s your chance. Approximately 22 laps around the outside of edge of the gym is equal to 1 mile.

CrossOver Healthier You Seminar
In response to so many questions and inquiries to their weight loss, Pastor John and Christine have developed a six-week seminar to share their journey. They will share inspiration, what works for them and actual cooking demonstrations of the foods they eat. Join them at the Corry YMCA every Thursday at 7pm now through Feburary. The seminar is free and no registration required.
